Before Your Visit
Please be fully well when visiting us. We recommend arriving in good time before your treatment so you can relax and prepare. In case of late arrival, the treatment time may need to be shortened so as not to affect the next guest.

Please inform us at the time of booking about any health conditions, allergies, medications or pregnancy that may affect your treatment. This helps us provide you with the best possible experience and ensure your safety.
Booking
Book your treatment via our online booking system, by phone at 018-14 49 01 or directly at the reception.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before or in case of a no-show, the full price will be charged, regardless of the reason. Cancellation can be made by phone at 018-14 49 01 or via the online booking system.
