Terms for wellness benefits
Wellness benefits (friskvårdsbidrag) are an employer benefit provided to employees, governed by the Swedish Tax Agency's (Skatteverket) rules on what qualifies as wellness. The wellness benefit is personal and cannot be transferred to other individuals. Each wellness treatment may cost a maximum of SEK 1,000 per treatment session or purchase. Beauty treatments do not qualify for wellness benefits.
You can purchase your wellness treatment directly online through Epassi's website. Epassi will then notify us that you have chosen to use your wellness benefit at Uppsala Spa & Skönhetsvård. We will send a digital receipt to the provided email address. Please include your personal identity number in the message field. Your wellness benefit is valid for an additional 6 months, and the treatment must be carried out within this 6-month period. A voucher with your name and personal identity number will be available at our reception.
Please note that you can also purchase wellness treatments directly at Uppsala Spa & Skönhetsvård and submit the receipt to your employer.
